Laser micromachining of almost any polymer is achievable with feature sizes as small as 1 micron. Flat and 3D parts can be micromachined with cleanly with very high precision and positional accuracy. Materials include Polyimide, PEEK, PET, LDPE, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene, LCP and others. All that is required to get started is a drawing.
