Small Hole Drilling Update

Small Hole Drilling Update

We have had a busy week drilling small holes in a variety of materials.  This included several applications related to probe card devices.  Probe cards are used as an interface between between electronic test equipment and a semiconductor wafer.  In addition we have been drilling holes as small as 5 microns in tantalum and holes as small as 2 microns in polymers that will be used for biotech and medical products.

Our broad range of hole drilling equipment, includes lasers, micro-CNC machines and precision drills.  We pride ourselves in finding solutions for some of the most demanding hole drilling applications and we are continually adding new equipment and capabilities to our tool chest.

Finally, we have signed a partnership with Kyocera Microtools to become a distributor for their products.  This arrangement will allow us to sell their entire product line and will strengthen our already market leading small hole drilling operation.

We invite you to Email or call us today to discuss your next hole drilling application.  Whether you need one or million parts, we look forward to working with you.
