Yes we do.

We love to build trust with our customers. We use our high magnification inspection systems to verify all of our work, and even incorporate machine vision and frame grabbing technologies when necessary. We gladly supply Certificates of Conformance upon request.

While our flux capacitor is currently out for repairs, we will work with you to expedite orders. There will be occasions where a modest fee might be applied in order to accommodate your rush order.

We understand that great things often start from the smallest seeds. So, we will gladly accept your prototyping projects, and hope that we might be able to begin and nurture a strong relationship that will see your product through to production.

For laser and microCNC projects, we prefer .dxf files. The units should be in millimeters and the drawing centered. 3D printing projects require an .stl file, and please provide the unit of measure to be applied to the drawing.

Depending on the application, some projects can be completed within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. More complicated or higher volume projects can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete.

Typically, all that is required to get a proposal is a description of your project and/or a drawing.

The smallest feature size that we can achieve is about 1 micron, but keep in mind that feature size can be limited by the type and thickness of the material to be machined. Our expert staff can assist in better understanding the limitations that may exist with your material.

We can process almost any material including polymers, metals, glass and ceramics. Our relationship with Goodfellow has increased our access to a lot of new materials.

We specialize in a broad range of micromanufacturing technologies including laser machining, microCNC, and 3D printing.
